针对生猪屠宰及肉类加工企业采用SBR处理工艺好氧颗粒污泥的形成条件及性能进行了分析,同时对三个分厂SBR池好氧颗粒污泥进行了对比,证明了在处理屠宰废水SBR..工艺中可以实现好氧污泥颗粒化.通过对好氧颗粒污泥的性能分析,得出好氧污泥颗粒化可以有效增加反应池内污泥浓度,提高污染物的去除率,降低工程基建投资.因工程应用隈制条件和影响因素较多,实现SBR池好氧污泥的完全颗粒化较困难,需要进一步研究.%This paper analyzed the formation conditions and performance of aerobic granular sludge, in wastewater from live-pig slaughtering and meat processing enterprises using SBR process. The aerobic granular sludge in SBR tanks of three branches were compared. It demonstrated that aerobic sludge granulation can be achieved in slaughter wastewater treatment by SBR process. The performance analysis of aerobic granular sludge showed that aerobic sludge granulation can effectively increase the sludge concentration in the reaction tank, improve the removal rate of pollutants, and reduce the investment in infrastructure projects. It's difficult to achieve complete granulation of aerobic sludge due to the limiting conditions and the influencing factors in engineering applications. Further research is needed.
