农业污染严重制约农业的可持续发展。本文基于我国农业污染的成因、特点与发展趋势,提出了农业污染系统控制的总体战略与＂一个结合,两个分离,三个利用与四个循环＂的减排新思路,这对国家＂十二五＂农业污染源减排监督管理的技术支撑与政策引导具有的战略意义。%Agricultural pollution is a serious constraint to sustainable development of agriculture.This paper had put forward the overall strategy of agricultural pollution control and a combination of two separate,three new ideas with the four cycle "emission reduction based on China's agricultural pollution causes,characteristics and development trends,this is of the strategic significance technical support and policy guidance of the supervision and management of the national 12th Five-agricultural sources of pollution abatement.
