Deficiencies of food residue traditional treatment methods were introduced. Taking bio-diesel technology, feedstuff technology, aerobic composting technology, and anaerobic fermentation technology as examples, research progress of food residue reclamation treatment technology at home and abroad was discussed, as well as advantages and disadvantages of various reclamation ways.
