印刷线路板厂有机显影废液处理工艺的工程调试研究

         

摘要

印刷线路板厂有机显影废液具有有机物含量高、成分复杂、难以生化降解等特点。采用酸析混凝-板框过滤-复合铁碳微电解-高级氧化-絮凝沉淀-SBR 组合工艺处理该类废水,并通过实验调试确定最佳工艺参数,工程设计处理能力80m3/d,处理后废液 CODCr从10000~15000mg/L 降低至300mg/L 以内,综合去除率达98%。%The film development wastewater from printed circuits board production is complex and difficult to be de-graded and contains high concentration of organic substances.The combined processing method of acidic coagula-tion -frame filter -interior microelectrolysis -high -level oxidation -flocculent settling -SBR was used to treat this kind of wastewater.And the optimal technological conditions were ascertained by experiments.The processing capacity is 80m3 /d in engineering design.Under these conditions,the concentration of CODCr was reduced from 10000 -15000 mg/L to 300mg/L after treatment.The total CODCr removal rate reached 98%.
