黄菖蒲有机酸组分对铜绿微囊藻细胞质膜透性的影响

         

摘要

采用液液萃取的方法得到黄菖蒲水浸提液的有机酸组分,通过培养实验表明,有机酸组分质量浓度为2 mg/L时对铜绿微囊藻胞内O2·产生、K+释放和藻液电导率、蛋白质和核酸释放及非电解质外渗量无显著性影响.而有机酸组分质量浓度为20和50 mg/L时,铜绿微囊藻胞内O2·含量大量增加,细胞膜的选择透性发生明显改变,促进了K+等无机离子的释放,导致藻液电导率增加,随着化感时间的延长,细胞膜损伤严重,膜透性进一步增加,胞内蛋白质和核酸等有机物开始大量渗出,非电解质外渗量急剧升高.有机酸组分质量浓度越高,作用效果越明显.%The organic acids fraction was obtained from aqueous leachates of Iris pseudacorus L. by liquid-liquid extraction. The cultivating experiments showed that, when the concentration of organic acids fraction was 2 mg/L, the occurrence of O2· and the release of intracellular K+, protein and nucleic acid,electric conductivity in Microcystis aeruginosa's culture medium and the content of non-electrolyte exudate didn't change obviously;when the concentration of organic acids fraction was 20 or 50 mg/L, the content of O2·increased largely and the selective permeability of M. aeruginosa cell's membrane changed significantly, accelerating the release of K+which caused the increase of electric conductivity in algal culture medium. With the prolonging of the cultured time, M. aeruginosa cell's membrane was injured more seriously, cell membrane permeability further increased, intracellular protein and nucleic acid started to exude largely, the content of non-electrolyte exudate increased sharply. The higher the concentrations of organic acids fraction were, the more significant the effects were.
