半干法脱硫灰在湿法脱硫方面的应用研究

         

摘要

There are rich calcium oxide , calcium hydroxide, calcium carbonate and calcium sulfite in semi-dry desulfurization ash, and the particle are of finer granularity.On a wet desulfurization project, semi-dry desulfurization ash was set as wet FGD absorbent. When the inlet SO2 concentration is less than 1 500 mg/m3, desulfurization efficiency is more than 95%, and the outlet SO2 concentration is lower than 50 mg/m3, meeting the requirements of Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants. Compared with other absorbents such as limestone, carbide slag and so on, the amount of semi-dry desulfurization ash is larger. The operating load of the desulfurization system is increased.%半干法脱硫灰富含氧化钙、氢氧化钙、碳酸钙以及亚硫酸钙等碱性物质,粒度较细。在某脱硫工程上,以半干法脱硫灰作为湿法烟气脱硫吸收剂,当入口SO2质量浓度低于1500 mg/m3时,脱硫效率均大于95%,出口SO2质量浓度低于50 mg/m3,满足GB 13223—2011《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》要求;与石灰石、电石渣等脱硫剂相比,脱硫灰用量较大,脱硫系统运行负荷增加。
