汽车内饰门护板综合测试台设计开发

         

摘要

以本田汽车标准《8305Z-T6P-H010-M1》为依据,以低成本,高性价比为目标,通过独具匠心的构思,开发出一套综合性的汽车零部件载荷测试装置,可应用于汽车内饰门护板及其他零部件的载荷测试.本装置以龙门架加刚性底板为样品固定机构,不仅能使样品按实际安装状态固定,且龙门架的滑杆可调节载荷施加位置.本装置以伺服马达作为动力源,相比气缸,能够实现载荷和位移的精确控制,可提高测试精度.另外其独特的角度调节装置,能准确控制施力位置位置.双路力值控制系统,可分别在X、Y和Z三个轴向对样品施加载荷.控制系统功能全面,注重人机互动,操作简便,从而提高了测试效率.本装置的应用改进了国内在汽车内饰板测试方面的技术,为提高国内汽车零部件质量提供了技术保障.%This paper developed a comprehensive testing device for auto parts based on Honda's standard 8305Z-T6P-H010-M1,which could be used for loading test of interior panel and other auto parts of cars.Longmen frame with rigid plate is the fixed mechanism for this testing device,and by this designation,it can not only fix the sample as its actual installation state,but also regulate the position of loading position through slide bar.As power supply device,the servo motor,whose application improved the precision of the testing,can accurately control the load and displacement comparing to cylinder.Besides,its unique angle adjustment device can accurately locate the load applying position.Double path force control system can separately apply load along X,Y and Z axis.In addition,it focuses on human-computer interaction and can be operated easily,so it improves test efficiency greatly.This device advances test technology about car's interior panels in domestic.It provides technical support for improving the quality of internal car's components.
