OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of propafenone combined with metoprolol tartrate in treatment of climacteric arrhythmia .METHODS: 60 patients with climacteric arrhythmia admitted into Hanchuan People 's Hospital from Apr.2016 to Apr.2017 were selected and divided into group A and group B via random number table , with 30 cases in each.Group A was treated with metoprolol tartrate , while group B was given propafenone based on the group A .Clinical efficacy , frequencies of premature beats before and after treatment , attack frequencies of arrhythmia and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed .RESULTS: The total effective rate of group B (93.33％, 28/30) was significantly higher than that of group A (63.33％, 19/30), with statistically significantly difference (P0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of propafenone combined with metoprolol tartrate in treatment of climacteric arrhythmia is remarkable , which can reduce the frequency of premature beats and attack frequency of arrhythmia .%目的:探讨普罗帕酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗更年期心律失常的疗效.方法:选取2016年4月—2017年4月汉川市人民医院收治的更年期心律失常患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分成A组和B组,每组30例.A组患者给予酒石酸美托洛尔,B组患者在A组的基础上加用普罗帕酮.观察两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后期前收缩次数、心律失常发作情况及不良反应发生情况.结果:B组患者的总有效率为93.33％(28/30),明显高于A组的63.33％(19/30),差异有统计学意义(P0.05).结论:普罗帕酮联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗更年期心律失常的疗效显著,可减少患者期前收缩次数和心律失常的发作次数.
