目的:了解广州市第十二人民医院(以下简称"我院")门诊尘肺病患者的用药情况,为合理用药提供参考.方法:对2015年1月—2017年9月我院门诊尘肺病患者处方6050张中患者一般情况和药品的用量、销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用及销售金额排序/用药频度排序的比值等进行统计分析.结果:2015年1月—2017年9月我院门诊尘肺病患者处方用药的销售金额及用药频度均呈下降趋势;免疫增强剂、呼吸系统用药和抗肺纤维化药为主要用药;销售金额与用药频度呈现不一致性;限定日费用较高的有汉防己甲素注射液、灵芝孢子粉胶囊和头孢唑肟钠,但各品种的限定日费用变动不大,在2017年普遍略微降低,与广东省在2017年7月取消药品加成相关.结论:我院门诊尘肺病患者用药结构基本合理,但也存在一定的不合理情况,应根据疾病进展情况、合并症及患者经济能力选择合适的治疗方案.%OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application status of drugs in outpatients with pneumonokoniosis in Guangzhou Twelfth People 's Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") , so as to provide reference for the rational drug application . METHODS: Statistical analysis was conducted on drug application data in 6050 prescriptions of outpatients with pneumonokoniosis in our hospital from Jan .2015 to Sept .2017 in terms of general information of patients , consumption amount , consumption sum , defined daily dose system ( DDDs ) , defined daily cost (DDC) and ratio of consumption sum ranking/DDDs ranking (B/A), etc.RESULTS:From Jan.2015 to Sept. 2017 , the consumption sum and DDDs of drug application in outpatients with pneumonokoniosis were in an decreasing tendency;immunopotentiator , respiratory system drugs and antipulmonary fibrosis drugs were the main drugs .The consumption sum and DDDs were not consistent .All of the tetrandrine hydrochloride injection , Ganoderma lucidum capsules and ceftizoxime sodium had higher DDC , yet DDC of different categories had few changes;yet the DDC had a slight decrease in 2017 , which was relevant to policy of abolishing drugs addition in Guangdong in Jul .2017 . CONCLUSIONS:The drug administration structure in outpatients with pneumonokoniosis in our hospital is basically rational , yet there are still some irrational phenomenon .It is necessary to select proper treatment regimen according to disease progression , complications and economic status of patients .
