目的:了解新乡医学院第二附属医院(以下简称"我院")酒精依赖住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况,促进临床合理用药.方法:回顾性调取2015年1月—2017年6月我院1407例酒精依赖出院患者的病历资料,对患者住院期间抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计与分析.结果:1407例患者中,使用抗菌药物者216例,抗菌药物使用率为15.35％;伴发震颤谵妄或(和)癫痫患者抗菌药物使用率明显高于未伴发震颤谵妄或(和)癫痫患者.216例使用抗菌药物的患者中,治疗用药191例(占88.43％),预防用药25例(占11.57％);单一用药116例(占53.70％),二联应用99例(占45.83％),三联用药1例(占0.46％);35例进行了细菌培养,标本送检率为16.20％.结论:我院酒精依赖住院患者抗菌药物使用在预防用药、联合用药等方面存在不合理,应加强抗菌药物应用的培训与管理,提高合理用药水平.%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application status of antibiotics in inpatients with alcohol dependence from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") , so as to promote the rational application of antibiotics in clinic .METHODS: Medical records of 1407 patients with alcohol dependence were retrospectively collected from Jan .2015 to Jun.2017, and statistical analysis was conducted on the application status of antibiotics in inpatients .RESULTS:Of the 1407 patients , 216 patients used antibiotics , and the application rate was 15.35％.The application rate of antibiotics in patients complicated with delirium tremens or (and) epilepsy was significantly higher than that of patients without delirium tremens or (and) epilepsy.Of the 216 patients with antibiotics , 191 cases ( 88.43％) were therapeutic medication , 25 cases ( 11.57％) were preventive medication;116 cases (53.70％) were single medication , 99 cases (45.83％) were double medication and 1 cases (0.46％) was three-drug medication .There were 35 cases had bacterial culture , with bacterial examination rate of 16.20％.CONCLUSIONS: There are still some irrational phenomenon in application of antibiotics in preventive medication and drug combination for inpatients with alcohol dependence , it is necessary to strengthen the train and management of application of antibiotics , so as to improve the level of rational drug application .
