目的:探讨地芪固本口服液对慢性丙型肝炎抗病毒治疗患者生活质量的影响.方法:选取2013年8月—2015年7月甘肃省第二人民医院收治的慢性丙型肝炎患者189例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组95例和对照组94例.两组患者均给予聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a和利巴韦林,观察组患者加用地芪固本口服液.于治疗前,治疗第4、12、24、36及48周,治疗结束停药后12、24周,采用慢性肝炎问卷和简明健康调查表评估两组患者的生活质量.结果:观察组患者慢性肝炎问卷各维度平均评分在各时间点均高于对照组(治疗4周时全身症状评分除外),情感职能评分自治疗第4周起、活动和全身症状评分自治疗第12周起、疲劳评分自治疗第24周起、焦虑评分自治疗第48周起明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05).观察组患者各时间点简明健康调查表各维度平均评分均高于对照组,总体健康、生理功能、活力和生理职能评分自治疗第4周,精神健康评分自治疗第24周起,社会功能和情感职能评分自治疗第12周起明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05).结论:地芪固本口服液可明显改善慢性丙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗过程中的生活质量(腹部症状、躯体疼痛除外).%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of Diqiguben oral liquid on life quality in antiviral therapy for patients with chronic hepatitis C .METHODS:189 patients with chronic hepatitis C admitted into Gansu Province the Second People's Hospital from Aug.2013 to Jul.2015 were extracted to be divided into observation group (95 cases) and control group (94 cases) via the random number table .Two groups were given peginterferon α-2a and ribavirin. And the observation group additionally received Diqiguben oral liquid .The life quality of the patients were evaluated with Chronic liver diease questionnaire (CLDQ) and the Short-Form-36 Health Survey (SF-36) at the 0th, 4th, 12th, 24th, 36th and 48th week of treatment and 12 weeks and 24 weeks after the end of treatment .RESULTS:The average scores of CLDQ in observation group were higher than those in control group at different time points [ except for the systemic symptoms (SS) for 4 weeks].There was significant difference in emotional function (EF) from the 4th week, activity (AC) and SS from the 12th week, fatigue (FA) from the 24th week and worry (WO) from the 48th week between the two groups ( P0.05).The average values of SF-36 in observation group were higher than those in control group at different time points , especially the four dimensions of general health ( GH ) , physical functioning ( PF ) , vitality ( VT ) and role-physical (RP) from the 4th week, mental health (MH) from the 24th week and social functioning (SF) and role-emotional (RE) from the 12th week, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).CONCLUSIONS: Diqiguben Oral Liquid can significantly improve the life quality ( except for AS and BP ) in antiviral therapy of chronic hepatitis C patients .
