Objective:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Compound amino acid capsules combined with vitamin E in treatment of asthenospermia and its effects on sperm.METHODS: 84 patients with asthenospermia admitted into Shenzhen People's Hospital form Apr.2014 to Jan.2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vitamin E,while the observation group were additionally given Compound amino acid capsule based on the control group.The efficacy of two groups were observed,the differences of the concentration and vitality of sperm were compared.RESULTS: The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.71％(36/42),which was significantly higher than that of the control group [73.81％(31/42)],with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the concentration and vitality of sperm had been improved significantly compared with before treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The clinical effect of the application of Compound amino acid capsules combined with vitamin E in treatment of asthenospermia is significant,which can improve the concentration and vitality of sperm and benefit to long-term prognosis.%目的:探讨复方氨基酸胶囊联合维生素E治疗弱精子症的疗效及对精子的影响.方法:选取2014年4月-2016年1月深圳市人民医院收治的弱精子症患者84例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例.对照组患者给予维生素E治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用复方氨基酸胶囊治疗.观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者精子浓度及活力的差异.结果:观察组患者的总有效率为85.71％(36/42),明显高于对照组的73.81％(31/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者精子浓度、精子活力明显优于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:复方氨基酸胶囊联合维生素E治疗弱精子症的疗效显著,可增强精子浓度和活力,有利于患者远期预后.
