Objective:To probe into evaluation of ultrasound elastography on efficacy of different chemotherapy regimens for breast cancer patients.METHODS: 120 breast cancer patients admitted into the Third Hospital of Nanchang from Jan.2013 to Jun.2016 were extracted to be divided into group A,B and C via the random number table, with 40 cases in each.Group A and B were given docetaxel, epirubicin combined with cyclophosphamide chemotherapy regimens(TAC),and group C received docetaxel, epirubicin chemotherapy regimens(AT).The chemotherapy efficacy of group A was evaluated by ultrasound elastography, and chemotherapy efficacy of group B and C were evaluated by two-dimensional ultrasound.Changes of tumor lesions maximum diameter line in three groups were observed.Differences of blood degree, ultrasonic evaluation of three groups were compared.RESULTS: There was no statistically significant difference in group A and B in relief rate of tumor lesions maximum diameter line(P>0.05),but the relief rate of tumor lesions maximum diameter line of group A and B were higher than that of group C,with statistically significant difference(P0.05),
