OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application status of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) decoction pieces in outpatient prescriptions in Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") , so as to provide reference for the rational application of TCM decoction pieces .METHODS:6691 outpatient prescriptions with TCM decoction pieces from Jul .to Dec.2016 were randomly extracted from our hospital, statistical analysis was conducted on application status of drugs by Excel software .RESULTS: 6691 outpatient prescriptions were extracted from different departments of our hospital;the formula ingredients were 3-31, the average number of drugs per prescription was 13.85.The number of dosage of prescriptions were 1-30, and 5 and 7 dosage were common, totally 4875 prescriptions (72.86％).The consumption sum of prescriptions were 1285448.6 yuan, totally 43857 dosage, with the average of 29.31 yuan.Totally 238 kinds of TCM were used, the most common types of TCM were respectively tonify deficiency drugs , drugs for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and clearing damp and promoting diuresis .The top three TCM ranked by frequency of occurrence in prescriptions were respectively liquorice, astragalus and salviae miltiorrhizae.CONCLUSIONS:The application of TCM decoction pieces in outpatient of our hospital accord with the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment, the dosage and compatibility are rational.Arrangement of the TCM decoction pieces prescriptions and investigation of the prescribing rules of clinicians are helpful for improvement of guide for rational application of TCM decoction pieces in clinic .%目的:了解郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院(以下简称"我院")门诊中药饮片处方用药情况,为临床合理应用中药饮片提供参考.方法:随机抽取我院2016年7—12月门诊中药饮片处方6691张,采用Excel软件对用药情况进行统计分析.结果:6691张中药饮片处方来自我院多个科室;组方药味为3～31味,处方平均用药13.85味;处方剂数为1～30剂,5剂和7剂居多,共4875张处方(占72.86％);处方总金额为1285448.67元,共43857剂,平均每剂29.31元;共使用238种中药,最常用的中药类别为补虚类、活血化瘀类和利水渗湿类;处方中出现频率排序居前3位的中药为甘草、黄芪和丹参.结论:我院门诊中药饮片的使用符合辨证论治原则,剂量和配伍合理.整理中药饮片处方,了解医师开方规律,有助于加强指导临床合理应用中药饮片.
