目的:探讨非布司他片联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗慢性肾脏病合并高尿酸血症的疗效.方法:选取2016年2月—2017年2月江苏省金湖县中医院收治的慢性肾脏病合并高尿酸血症患者60例,以抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.对照组患者给予非布司他片治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用海昆肾喜胶囊.比较两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后各项指标水平变化情况.结果:观察组患者的总有效率为96.67％(29/30),明显高于对照组的73.33％(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖、血尿素氮、血尿酸和血清肌酐水平明显低于对照组,血清白蛋白水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:非布司他片联合海昆肾喜胶囊治疗慢性肾脏病合并高尿酸血症的疗效显著,可改善患者空腹血糖、血尿素氮、血尿酸和血肌酐水平.%OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of febuxostat tablets combined with Haikunshenxi capsules in treatment of chronic kidney disease ( CKD ) complicated with hyperuricemia .METHODS: 60 patients with CKD complicated with hyperuricemia admitted into Jiangsu Jinhu county Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Feb . 2016 to Feb.2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via lot method , with 30 cases in each .The control group was treated with febuxostat tablets , while the observation group was given Haikunshenxi capsules based on the control group .Differences in clinical efficacy and variety of indices before and after treatment between two groups were observed and compared .RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group ( 96.67％, 29/30 ) was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 73.33％, 22/30 ) , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05);after treatment , the fasting blood-glucose , blood urea nitrogen , blood uric acid and serum creatinine levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group , and the serum albumin level of observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group , with statistically significant differences ( P <0.05 ) . CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of febuxostat tablets combined with Haikunshenxi capsules in treatment of CKD complicated with hyperuricemia is remarkable , which can significantly improve levels of FBG , BUN, BUA and Scr .
