目的:探讨临床药师对误诊为细菌性腹泻患者的药学监护效果.方法:临床药师参与1例腹泻患者的治疗过程,对患者病因、病情及用药等情况进行分析.结果:临床药师协助临床医师明确了该患者病毒性腹泻的诊断,并协助临床医师制订和完善了治疗方案,治疗后患者病情明显好转.结论:临床药师积极发挥专业优势,通过参与临床查房、分析患者病情,加强医护患合作,改善了患者预后,促进了临床合理用药.%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the pharmaceutical care for one case misdiagnosed as bacterial diarrhea by clinical pharmacists .METHODS: Through participating into the treatment process one patient with diarrhea , the clinical pharmacists analyzed the patient ' s disease , etiology and medication .RESULTS: The clinical pharmacists assisted the clinicians to clarify the diagnosis of viral diarrhea , and helped the clinicians to formulate and improve the treatment regimen. After treatment, the patient's condition improved significantly . CONCLUSIONS: Through participating into the clinical rounds , analyzing patient ' s disease and improving the cooperation among clinicians , nurses and patients , the clinical pharmacists give full play to professional advantages , and the prognosis of patients would be improved and clinical rational drug use could be promoted .
