目的：促进抗菌药物合理使用，保障患者用药安全。方法：采用计划（Plan）、执行（Do）、检查（Check）、改进（Action）法建立适合郫县人民医院（以下简称“我院”）合理使用抗菌药物的管理制度及制订合理用药的监管措施。结果：经过2011—2013年两个周期的PDCA循环，我院抗菌药物使用率明显下降（由2012年的72.19％下降至2013年的48.90％）；微生物检验样本送检率显著提高（限制级抗菌药物由2012年的60.28％上升至2013年的77.82％；特殊级抗菌药物由2012年的63.48％上升至2013年的95.31％），使抗菌药物的使用趋于合理，从而有效地提高了我院的医疗质量。结论：运用PDCA循环管理方法，可促进抗菌药物的合理使用，提高医院合理用药水平。%OBJECTIVE:To promote the rational use of antibiotics , and to ensure the safe medication in patients . METHODS:The management strategy of antibiotics and monitoring measures of rational drug use that in accord with the conditions of Pi County People's Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) were established by the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, and Action).RESULTS:After two cycles of PDCA during 2011-2013, there was a significant decrease in the use rate of antibiotics(from 72.19%in 2012 to 48.90%in 2013);and a significant increase in the detection rate of bacteriological examination (restricted antibiotics:from 60.28%in 2012 to 77.82%in 2013;specialized antibiotics:from 63.48%in 2012 to 95.31%in 2013).The use of antibiotics were tend to be more rational , and the medical quality had been effectively improved in our hospital .CONCLUSIONS:The implementation of PDCA cycle is feasible and effective , which can improve the rational use of antibiotics , and promote the level of rational drug use in our hospital .
