目的：探讨他克莫司软膏与中药联合治疗口腔扁平苔藓（ oral lichen planus ， OLP）的临床疗效。方法：选取深圳市西丽人民医院2014年6月—2015年4月收治的120例糜烂型、萎缩型OLP患者，按随机数字表法分为3组各40例。对照组患者给予他克莫司软膏局部治疗，观察1组患者在对照组给药的基础上加用石佛汤，观察2组患者在对照组给药的基础上加用复方血栓通胶囊；治疗1个月和2个月后，比较3组患者的临床疗效及治疗2个月后的复发率。结果：治疗1个月后，观察1组患者总有效率为57.50％（23／40），观察2组为60.00％（24／40），2组的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；对照组患者总有效率为40.00％（16／40），与观察1组和观察2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗2个月后，观察1组患者总有效率为77.50％（31／40），观察2组为80.00％（32／40），2组的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），对照组患者总有效率为57.50％（23／40），与观察1组和观察2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察1组患者复发率为5.00％（2／40），观察2组为5.00％（2／40），2组的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），对照组的复发率为20.00％（8／40），与观察1组和观察2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中西药结合治疗OLP的疗效优于单纯西药治疗，且复发率低，值得临床推广。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of patients with oral lichen planus (OLP).METHODS:120 cases with erosion type and atrophy type OLP admitted into Shenzhen Xili People's Hospital from Jun .2014 to Apr.2015 were selected to be divided into three groups , with 40 cases in each group .The control group were given tacrolimus ointment , while patients in observation group one and observation group two were respectively treated with shifo decoction and compound Thrombosis capsule on the basis of control group .After treatment of one and two months , the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate after treatment of two months were compared among three groups .RESULTS: After treatment of one month , the total effective rate of observation group one and observation group two were 57.50%(23/40) and 60.00%(24/40), with no statistically significant difference ( P>0.05) between two groups; while the total effective rate of control were 40.00%(16/40) , compared with observation group one and observation group two , the difference was significant ( P0.05); while the total effective rate of control were 57.50%(23/40), compared with observation group one and observation group two , the difference was significant ( P0.05);while in control group was 20.00%(8/40), compared with observation group one and observation group two , the difference was significant (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The clinical efficacy of combination of Chinese and western medicine in treatment of OLP was superior to western medicine alone, with low recurrence rate .It is worthy of clinical promotion .
