OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status quo of medication consultation in dispensary of traditional Chinese medicine in Jiaozuo Municipal the Second People ’s Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , so as to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care .METHODS:213 cases of medication consultation in our hospital in 2014 were statistically analyzed by retrospective investigation method .RESULTS: The objects of medication consultation were mainly patients, nurses and physicians, etc.Meanwhile, patients who accounted for the largest proportion was 46.01%.From the age distribution , most of patients who consulted were over 50 years old , accounting for 32.65%. The most common questions were about dietetic contraindication , accounting for 27.23%. CONCLUSIONS:Development of medication consultation in traditional Chinese pharmacists have great significance in guiding the safe , effective drug use , and promoting the professional quality of traditional Chinese pharmacists .%目的：了解焦作市第二人民医院（以下简称“我院”）中药房的用药咨询情况，提高药学服务质量。方法：对我院2014年中药房213例用药咨询资料进行统计分析。结果：中药房用药咨询的对象主要包括患者、护士和医师等。其中，患者所占比例最高，达46．01％；从年龄分布上看，＞50岁患者用药咨询比例占首位，达32．65％；用药咨询内容以饮食禁忌居多，占27．23％。结论：开展中药师用药咨询服务，可指导患者安全、有效用药，且能促进中药师提高自身的专业素质。
