目的：探讨小剂量米非司酮联合戊酸雌二醇治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法：选择2014年1月—2015年12月收治的200例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各100例。观察组患者应用小剂量米非司酮联合戊酸雌二醇进行治疗，对照组应用戊酸雌二醇治疗，比较2组患者治疗后的临床效果，止血时间、控制出血时间、子宫内膜厚度及子宫平滑肌功能评分情况。结果：观察组患者的总有效率为94.00％（94／100），对照组为85.00％（85／100），2组的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组患者子宫内膜均较治疗前有明显增厚；子宫平滑肌功能评分明显增高，且观察组患者各指标改善程度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组患者控制出血时间、完全止血时间均显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；2组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论：小剂量米非司酮联合戊酸雌二醇治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效较好，且不良反应少，值得临床推广。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of low dose mifepristone combined with estradiol valerate in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period .METHODS: 200 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period admitted from Jan .2014 to Dec.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 100 cases in each .The observation group were treated with low dose mifepristone combined with estradiol valerate , while the control group only received estradiol valerate .The clinical efficacy , hemostasis time , bleeding control time , endometrial thickness and uterine smooth muscle function scores were compared between two groups .RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 94.00% ( 94/100 ) , and control group was 85.00% ( 85/100 ) , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) . After treatment , compared with before treatment , the endometrial thickness of two groups were significantly thickened after treatment , and the uterine smooth muscle function scores increased significantly .And the improvement of various indicators in observation group were better than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) . The hemostasis time and bleeding control time of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in two groups .CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of low dose mifepristone combined with estradiol valerate in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period is remarkable , with few adverse drug reactions , which is worthy of clinical application and promotion .
