目的：探讨痰热清注射液与抗菌药物联合治疗重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开后并发肺部感染的疗效。方法：选取2014年2月—2015年2月永城市人民医院收治的重型颅脑损伤行气管切开并发肺部感染患者88例作为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各44例。对照组患者给予常规抗菌药物治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用痰热清注射液静脉滴注。对比观察2组患者治疗后的疗效，体征、炎症指标改善情况以及血清中白细胞介素13（IL-13）、白细胞三烯B4（LTB4）水平变化情况。结果：观察组患者的疗效、体征消失时间、炎症指标恢复正常时间均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的IL-13水平明显高于对照组，而LTB4水平则明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：采用痰热清注射液与抗菌药物联合治疗重型颅脑损伤气管切开后并发肺部感染的患者，疗效显著，可有效改善患者体征，促进患者恢复，改善血清IL-13、LTB4水平，值得推广。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics in treatment of severe craniocerebral injury patients with pulmonary infection after tracheotomy .METHODS:88 severe craniocerebral injury patients with pulmonary infection after tracheotomy admitted into Yongcheng People's Hospital from Feb .2014 to Feb.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 44 cases in each.The control group were treated with routine antibiotics , while the observation group additionally received Tanreqing injection in intravenous drip based on the control group .The efficacy, signs, improvement of inflammation markers, and changes of levels of IL-13, LTB4 in two groups were observed .RESULTS:The efficacy, recovery time of signs and inflammation markers in observation group were better than that in control group , with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment, IL-13 of observation group was higher than that of control group , while LTB4 was lower than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05) .CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics in treatment of severe craniocerebral injury patients with pulmonary infection after tracheotomy is significant , which can promote the recovery of patients , improve the levels of IL-13 and LTB4 .It is worthy of application and promotion .
