OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of Baibixiao ointment on squamous surface of mice tail, so as to provide experimental basis for the clinical application.METHODS:Squamous surface model of mice tail was establish, 50 cases Kunming mice were selected to be divided into high-dose group, middle dose group, low dose group, negative control group, positive control group via the radom number table, with 10 cases in each.The effects of Baibixiao qintment on squamous surface of mice tail were observed.RESULTS: Promote the formation of mouse tail epidermis granular layer in high-dose group, middle dose group and low dose group, compared with the negative control group, the difference was extremely significant( P<0.01) .But compared with the positive control group,the middle and low dose group are less effective, with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .Baibixiao ointment can significantly promote the formation of squamous surface cell of mice tail.CONCLUSIONS: The therapeutic effects of Baibixiao ointment on psoriasis can be achieved by improving paraceratosis in the epidermal cells.%目的：观察白疕消软膏外用对小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成的影响，为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法：建立小鼠尾部鳞片表皮模型，取昆明种小鼠50只，以随机数字表法分为高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、阴性对照组、阳性对照组5组，每组10只，观察白疕消软膏对小鼠尾部鳞片表皮细胞分化的影响。结果：高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组对小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成的促进作用，与阴性对照组比较，差异有极显著统计学意义（P＜0.01），但与阳性对照组比较，中、低剂量组作用较弱，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），表明白疕消软膏能明显促进鼠尾鳞片表皮颗粒细胞形成。结论：白疕消软膏可以通过改善表皮细胞角化不全起到治疗银屑病的作用。
