目的：探讨兰索拉唑肠溶片、枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片及阿莫西林分散片联合治疗反流性食管炎所致慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年2月—2016年2月河南省唐河县人民医院收治的反流性食管炎所致慢性咳嗽患者100例作为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组患者给予兰索拉唑肠溶片联合枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用阿莫西林分散片治疗。观察2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为94．00％（47／50），显著高于对照组的82．00％（41／50），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组患者治疗后的内镜总有效率为86．00％（43／50），显著高于对照组的68．00％（34／50），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：采用兰索拉唑肠溶片、枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片及阿莫西林分散片联合治疗反流性食管炎所致慢性咳嗽，疗效显著，安全性较高。%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Lansoprazole tablets combined with Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets, Amoxicillin dispersible tablets in treatment of reflux esophagitis induced by chronic cough.METHODS:100 patients with reflux esophagitis induced by chronic cough admitted into Henan Province Tanghe County People’s Hospital from Feb.2014 to Feb.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 50 cases in each.The control group were treated with Lansoprazole tablets combined with Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets, while the observation group additionally received Amoxicillin dispersible tablets based on the control group.The clinical treatment effects of two groups were observed.RESULTS:After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 94.00%(47/50), significantly higher than that of control group [82.00%(41/50)], with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).The endoscopic total effective rate of observation group was 86.00%(43/50), significantly higher than that of control group [68.00%(34/50)], with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Lansoprazole tablets combined with Mosapride citrate dispersible tablets, Amoxicillin dispersible tablets in treatment of reflux esophagitis induced by chronic cough is significant with high safety.
