OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects and safety of pramipexole combined with conventional therapy in treatment of parkinson's disease complicated with diabetes mellitus .METHODS:138 patients with parkinson's disease complicated with diabetes mellitus admitted from Nov .2013 to Nov.2015 were selected to be divided into two groups via the random number table , with 69 cases in each .The control group were treated with conventional therapy , while the observation group additionally received pramipexole based on the control group .The efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups .RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 92.75%(64/69), significantly higher than that of control group [72.46%(50/69)], with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment, unified parkinson's disease rating scale(UPDRS), hamilton rating scale for depression ( HAMD) and hamilton anxiety rating scale ( HAMA) of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group, yet the degree of decline of montreal cognitive assessment scale score ( MoCA) was significantly lower than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: Pramipexole can significantly improve the treatment effects of parkinson's disease complicated with diabetes mellitus , relief the clinical symptoms and has significant advantages in improving depression and slowing the development of cognitive disorders .%目的：探讨盐酸普拉克索在帕金森病合并2型糖尿病患者治疗中的效果及安全性。方法：将2013年11月—2015年11月收治的138例帕金森病合并2型糖尿病患者以随机数字表法分为2组，每组各69例。对照组患者给予常规治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上加用盐酸普拉克索治疗，比较2组患者的疗效与不良反应。结果：观察组患者总有效率为92.75％（64／69），明显高于对照组的72.46％（50／69），差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者统一帕金森病评定量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表及汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均明显低于对照组，蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分下降程度明显小于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：盐酸普拉克索能显著提高帕金森病合并2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果，缓解临床症状，并且在改善抑郁及减缓认知障碍发展方面具有显著优势。
