OBJECTIVE:To analyze the drug use in patients with diabetes in community clinic so as to provide references for rational use of anti-diabetic agents.METHODS: The use of anti-diabetic agents from 2011 to 2013 in community clinic were analyzed statistically with regard to drug varieties, consumption sum and DDDs etc.RESULTS:The top 3 anti-diabetic agents ranked by consumption sum were NovoMix 30 FlexPen, Isophane Protamine Insulin (Pre-mixed 30R) and glargine insulin; the top 4 anti-diabetic agents ranked by DDDs were NovoMix 30 FlexPen, Isophane Protamine Insulin ( Pre-mixed 30R) , diformin tablet and glargine insulin.CONCLUSIONS:The consumption sum of anti-diabetic agents in community clinic increased year by year, much as in the consumption sum of anti-diabetic injections.Clinicallly, the use of insulin injections and metformin are on the rise.%目的：了解社区门诊糖尿病患者药物使用情况，为合理选用抗糖尿病药提供参考。方法：对2011—2013年社区门诊抗糖尿病药的使用品种、销售金额、用药频度等数据进行统计分析。结果：门诊抗糖尿病药销售金额排序居前3位的分别为门冬胰岛素30注射液、精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液（预混30R）、甘精胰岛素；DDDs排序居前4位的分别为门冬胰岛素30注射液、精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液（预混30R）、二甲双胍片、甘精胰岛素。结论：社区抗糖尿病药的销售金额呈逐年递增趋势，但注射剂销售金额的增长更为明显；临床选用胰岛素注射剂的倾向有增加趋势，二甲双胍的使用也在逐步增加。
