OBJECTIVE:To analyze the irrational drug use in Jiaozuo Municipal Second Peoples'Hosipital ( hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”) with regard to the drug cost ratio so as to further reduce the drug cost ratio and promote rational use of drug.METHODS:1 350 filed medical records from January 2011 to September 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected for statistical analysis regarding the rationality of drug use.RESULTS: Of the 1 350 cases reviewed, 298(22.07%) were irrational on account of higher drug cost ratio.The irrationality in 26.51%(79/298 ) manifested as off-label course of adminstraiton followed by off-label in drug concentration or dosage etc. CONCLUSIONS:Efforts need to be taken in our hospital to strengthen clinical pharmacists'rational level in drug use to keep the drug cost ratio under control.%目的：从控制药占比方面对焦作市第二人民医院（以下简称“我院”）的不合理用药进行分析，以进一步降低药占比，促进合理用药。方法：随机抽取我院2011年1月—2014年9月的归档病历1350份，对药物应用的合理性进行统计分析。结果：在抽查的1350份病历中，导致药占比偏高的不合理用药病历共298份（占22.07％）。其中，超疗程用药问题居多，占不合理用药病历数的26.51％（79／298）；其次为超浓度用药、超剂量用药等问题。结论：我院仍需通过各方面努力，加强临床医师的合理用药水平，以进一步控制药占比。
