目的：观察盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法：将解放军第264医院2012年12月—2014年5月收治的124例慢性盆腔炎患者采用区组随机化进行分组：联合组患者（62例）使用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液联合康妇消炎栓治疗，单药组患者（62例）仅使用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗。对治疗后2组患者的炎症指标及临床治疗有效性进行比较分析。结果：联合组总有效率明显高于单药组[98.3％（61／62）vs．88.7％（55／62）]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，2组患者炎症指标（白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞介素6）的差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05），联合组优于单药组；2组患者不良反应发生率及细菌清除率的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），联合组优于单药组。结论：采用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎，能显著提高临床治疗效果，提高治愈率，值得临床推广。%OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin combined with kangfu Anti-inflammatory suppository in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.METHODS: 124 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in the 264th Hospital of PLA from December 2012 to May 2014 were divided into two groups using block randomization:combination group(62 cases) received levofloxacin injection combined with Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository, and single-medication group ( 62 cases ) received levofloxacin alone.The levels of inflammatory markers and clinical efficacy after treatment were compared between two groups.RESULTS: The total response rate in the combination group was higher than in single-medication group ( 98.3% vs.88.7%) , showing statistically significant differences betweent the two groups ( P<0.05 ); statistically significant differences were also noted betweent the two groups in levels of inflammatory markers ( white blood cell count, C reactive protein and procalcitonin and interleukin 6) (P<0.05), adverse drug reactions and bacterial clearance rate (P<0.05), and all were better in the combination group than in the single-medication group.CONCLUSIONS: Addition of Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository to Levofloxacin injection resulted in better clinical efficacy and higher cure rate in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, which thus is worth the clinical promotion.
