OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of shenxiong glucose injection combined with ozagrel in treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis .METHODS:160 cases of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis admitted to Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from Sept .2012 to Sept.2014 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via random number table , with 80 cases in each group .The control group were treated with ozagrel , and the observation group additionally received shenxiong glucose injection based on the control group.The neurologic impairment scores, efficacy and adverse reactions in two groups were compared . RESULTS:After treatment, the neurologic impairment scores in 7 d, 30 d, 60 d of observation group were (19.3 ± 2.3),(12.5 ±2.2),(7.9 ±1.5) scores,respectively;all of which were significantly lower than that of control group:(24.5 ±2.2)、(17.7 ±2.4)、(14.3 ±2.2) scores, with statistically significant difference (P 0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: Shenxiong glucose injection combined with ozagrel in treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis can effectively improve the neurological function of patients , reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and has good clinical effect .It is worthy of clinical popularization and promotion .%目的：探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑血栓的疗效。方法：选取2012年9月—2014年9月在牡丹江医学院红旗医院接受治疗的急性脑血栓患者160例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各80例，对照组患者静脉滴注奥扎格雷，观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加服参芎葡萄糖注射液，比较2组患者的神经功能缺损评分、疗效及不良反应。结果：观察组患者治疗后7、30、60 d神经功能缺损评分分别为（19.3±2.3）、（12.5±2.2）、（7.9±1.5）分，均明显低于对照组的（24.5±2.2）、（17.7±2.4）、（14.3±2.2）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的总有效率为95.00％，明显优于对照组的77.50％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组患者不良反应发生情况比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：奥扎格雷与参芎葡萄糖注射液联合应用治疗急性脑血栓，可有效改善患者的神经功能，无明显不良反应，疗效较好，值得临床推广。
