目的：探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊和裸花珠紫片联合产后康复治疗仪治疗子宫复旧不全的疗效。方法：将2014年10月—2015年5月收治于济南医院的子宫复旧不全患者102例为研究对象，采用数字分组法将其分成观察组和对照组各51例，对照组患者进行常规治疗加康复治疗仪治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予桂枝茯苓胶囊和裸花珠紫片治疗，比较2组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.08％（49／51），明显优于对照组患者的74.51％（38／51），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：桂枝茯苓胶囊和裸花珠紫片联合产后康复治疗仪治疗子宫复旧不全可提高疗效，值得临床推广。%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of combination therapy of rehabilitation treatment for post-natal in treatment of subinvolution of uterus .METHODS:102 cases of patients with subinvolution of uterus admitted to Jinan Hospitalfrom Oct.2014 to May 2015 were selected to be randomly divided into observation group and control group , with 35 cases in each group .The control group received conventional treatment and rehabilitation treatment for post-natal, the observation group were given two kinds of Chinese patent medicine orally based on the control group ; the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared and analyzed .RESULTS:The total effective rate was 96.08%(49/51) in observation group , significantly better than that in control group [ 74.51%( 38/51 ) ] .There were statistically significant differences between two groups ( P <0.05 ) . CONCLUSIONS: Rehabilitation treatment for post-natal combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of subinvolution of uterus can improve the treatment efficacy of patients, it is worthy of clinical population and promotion .
