OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application situation of antibiotics in a Class II Grade A People's Hospital in 2013, and to provide basis for the rational application and scientific management of antibiotics . METHODS: According to ABC analysis method , statistically analysis was conducted on different categories , specifications and dosage form of antibiotics in respective of the DDDs and DDDc , etc.RESULTS: During the investigation , 8 types and 55 specifications varieties had been involved in the application of antibiotics in our hospital . According to the ABC analysis method , class A involved 2 types and 10 specifications varieties; class B involved 3 types and 7 specifications varieties , class C involved 3 types and 58 specifications varieties; the proportion of consumption sum of the three classes in total antibiotics were respectively 70.62%, 18.78% and 10.60% and the DDDs were respectively 33.42%, 16.55% and 50.03%; the average DDDc were respectively 70.68 yuan, 47.23yuan, 7.43yuan.CONCLUSIONS: The application frequency of antibiotics in a Class II Grade A People's Hospital was relatively high , it is necessary to lay more stress on the injections during the later supervision and administration of antibiotics , so as to realize the rational application of antibiotics maximumly .%目的：对某二级甲等医院2013年抗菌药物的应用情况进行调查，为抗菌药物的合理应用和科学管理提供依据。方法：按照ABC分析法对该院各品种、规格、剂型抗菌药物的用药频度（ defined daily dose system ， DDDs ）、限定日费用（ daily drug cost ， DDC）等进行统计分析。结果：调查期间该院使用抗菌药物涉及8类，55个规格品种，按照设定的ABC分析法分类，A类包含2类10个规格品种，B类包含3类7个规格品种， C类包含3类38个规格品种，分别占抗菌药物消耗金额的70.62％、18.78％、10.60％，占抗菌药物总DDDs的33.42％、16.55％、50.03％，平均DDC分别为70.68、47.24、7.44元。结论：某二级甲等医院抗菌药物注射剂使用频率高，在今后抗菌药物的应用和管理中可重点关注注射剂，最大限度的实现抗菌药物的合理应用。
