目的：探讨临床药师参与会诊的作用，为其进一步开展临床合理用药服务和自身发展提供参考。方法：选取2012-2013年我院临床药师参与会诊的病历，按临床科室、患者年龄、感染部位、病原菌、药师意见采纳情况、病情转归等进行统计分析。结果：2年间临床药师参与会诊的病例总数相当，分别为118例和119例；会诊涉及临床科室包括外科和内科，外科多于内科；60岁以上患者分别占47.45％和41.18％；感染均以呼吸道感染、泌尿生殖道感染和骨组织感染为主；病原菌以革兰阴性菌最常见；会诊意见采纳率分别为88.14％（104例）和92.44％（110例）；要求指导抗菌药物应用的病历分别为104、112例，分别纠正不合理用药21、20例。结论：临床药师可以通过深入学习抗菌药物知识，认真分析总结会诊病历，与医师密切合作，为患者提供更加安全、有效的药学服务。%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the importance of clinical pharmacists’involvement in consultation so as to provide ref-erence for further developing clinical pharmaceutical care and their self-development. METHODS:The clinical pharmacists-in-volved medical records in 2012 and 2013 in our hospital were collected for statistical analysis regarding clinical departments,pa-tients’age,sites of infection,pathogens,adoption rate of pharmacists’advices and outcome of patients’illness,etc. RESULTS:The number of consultation cases was almost the same in 2012 (118 cases) and 2013 (119 cases);the consultation cases were from department of surgery and department of internal medicine,with more from the department of surgery;the patients aged above 60 years represented 47.45% and 41.18%,respectively. The respiratory tract infections,urinary tract infections and bone tis-sue infections were the major infection sites;Gram-negative bacteria were the most common pathogens;consultation advices were taken in 88.14%(104 cases)and 92.44%(110 cases),respectively;104 and 112 were required to provide guidance on the antibi-otic use;the irrational use of drugs in 21 cases and 20 cases were corrected. CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists and physicians can collaborate more closely and provide patients with safer and more effective pharmaceutical care through in-depth learning of the knowledge of antimicrobial agents,careful analyzing and summarizing medical consultation cases.
