目的：探讨卡马西平中毒的解救要点及药师在安全、合理用药中发挥的作用。方法：临床药师通过参与1例超剂量卡马西平中毒患者的治疗实践，从保肝、促排泄、补液、促醒、调节电解质平衡等方面制订治疗方案，针对患者的病情提出合理化建议，同时对患者实施全程药学监护。结果：患者由昏迷转为清醒，生命体征平稳后康复出院。结论：临床药师参与临床实践，与临床医师密切配合，能更好地开展临床药学服务工作、为患者服务。%OBJECTIVE:To explore the key points in the treatment of carbamazepine poisoning and the role of pharmacists in the safe and rational drug use. METHODS:The clinical pharmacist participated in the management of one case of carbamazepine poisoning by formulating treatment protocols including liver-protection,excretion-promotion,fluid infusion,promoting awaking and regulating electrolyte balance and putting forward reasonable suggestions tailored to patient’s condition,meanwhile conducting pharmaceutical care for the patient. RESULTS:The patient regained consciousness from coma and discharged with stable vital signs. CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacist’involvement in clinical practice and work closely with clinicians facilitates better phar-maceutical care for patients.
