目的：了解濮阳市油田总医院药品不良反应（ADR）情况，促进临床合理用药。方法：对该院2012年1月至2013年12月临床科室上报的343例ADR进行回顾性统计分析。结果：ADR上报科室有16个；男性明显多于女性，60岁以上老年人ADR发生率最高；抗感染药、神经系统药引发ADR比例较大；抗感染药以喹诺酮类最多；皮肤、神经系统、消化系统损害居多；给药途径以注射给药居首。结论：加强ADR监测对于提高该院临床合理用药水平、减少ADR的发生起到了积极的作用。%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the adverse drug reactions (ADRs) occurred in Puyang Oil Field General Hospital so as to promote clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS:343 ADR cases reported by clinical departments of the hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS:The 343 cases were reported by 16 departments;of whom,males showed higher proportion than females;patients aged above 60 years showed the highest proportion;most cases were induced by anti-infective agents and the drugs acting on nervous system;quinolones were the predominantly used anti-infectives;lesions of skin,nervous system and digestive system were the most frequent clinical manifestation;the ADRs were mostly induced by route of injection administration. CONCLUSIONS:ADR monitoring is of great importance for improving clinical rational drug use level and reducing the incidence of ADRs.
