目的：探讨急性脑卒中合并肺部感染患者的药物治疗方案，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法：对1例急性脑卒中合并肺部感染患者抗感染用药进行分析，并提供相应药学服务。结果：通过用药分析结果，临床药师提供了符合此类患者特点的药物治疗建议。结论：临床药师参与制订临床用药方案，可以协助临床解决用药过程中的实际问题，提高用药安全性。%OBJECTIVE:To discuss the medication for a patient with acute cerebral apoplexy complicated by pulmonary infection for reference of clinical rational use of drug.METHODS: The use of anti-infectious drugs in a patient with acute cerebral infarction complicated by pulmonary infection was analyzed.RESULTS: Based on the analytic results on drug use and the characteristics of the patient, clinical pharmacists provided corresponding medication recommendations.CONCLUSIONS: Clinical pharmacist ’ involvement in the formulation of medication regimen can solve problems encountered in medication and promote medication safety.
