1238例门诊药物咨询回顾性分析

         

摘要

目的:了解大理州第二人民医院(以下简称“我院”)门诊药物咨询情况,以期提高临床药学服务质量。方法:对我院2011年3月—2014年3月1238例完整药物咨询资料进行回顾性分析。结果:我院门诊药物咨询,以窗口咨询为主(1019例,占82�31%),以电话咨询为辅(219例,占17�69%);以患者咨询为主(980例,占79�16%),且以>60岁的老年人居多(741例,占59�86%);咨询的问题包括用法与用量(493例,占39�82%)、药物相互作用(193例,占15�59%)、不良反应(114例,占9�21%)等。结论:开展药物咨询,对指导患者安全、有效用药具有重要意义,同时,我院药物咨询问题涉及面较广,药师需进一步提高专业水平。%OBJECTIVE: To investigate the outpatient drug counseling services in Dali Second People�s Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as“our Hospital”) in an effort to improve the quality of outpatient clinical pharmacy service. METHODS:The data of 1 238 drug counseling cases between March 2011 and March 2014 March in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS:Window counseling service was the predominant outpatient drug counseling type, accounting for 82�31%(1 019 cases), followed by telephone counseling (219 cases,17�69%);980(79�13%) were patients seeking for counseling services; 741 ( 59�86%) aged >60 years; 493 ( 39�82%) inquired dosage and administration, 193 ( 15�59%) drug interactions and 114 ( 9�21%) adverse reactions etc. CONCLUSIONS: It is important to carry out drug counseling services and offer guidance on patients�safe and effective medication. Moreover, the drug counseling services cover wide area, thus pharmacists need to further improve their level of expertise.
