OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferonα⁃2b gel plus CO2 laser for female condyloma acuminatum. METHODS:112 patients with female condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into treatment group and control group( each group was 56 cases) . The treatment group was treated with recombinant human interferon α⁃2b gel plus CO2 laser while the control group with CO2 laser alone. The therapeutic efficacy was followed for 6 consecutive months. RESULTS: The treatment group had total effective rate of 91�07%( 51/56 ) , 3⁃month recurrence rate of 3�57%( 2/56 ) and 6⁃month recurrence rate of 0 , as compared with total effective rate of 73�21%(41/56), 3⁃month recurrence rate of 8�93%(5/56) and 6⁃month recurrence rate of 3�57%(2/56) in the control group, showing significantly better efficacy in the treatment group than in the control group ( P <0�05 ) . CONCLUSIONS:As compared with CO2 laser alone, treatment of female condyloma acuminatum with recombinant human interferonα⁃2b gel plus CO2 laser resulted in improved curative rate and reduced recurrence rate, which thus is worthy of popularization in clinical application.%目的:探讨重组人干扰素α⁃2b凝胶联合CO2激光治疗女性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将112例女性尖锐湿疣患者,以随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各56例,治疗组患者给予重组人干扰素α⁃2b凝胶联合CO2激光治疗,对照组给予CO2激光治疗,观察2组患者连续治疗6个月的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为91�07%(51/56),3个月时的复发率为3�57%(2/56),6个月时的复发率为零;对照组总有效率为73�21%(41/56),3个月时的复发率为8�93%(5/56),6个月时的复发率3�57%(2/56)。治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0�05)。结论:重组人干扰素α⁃2b凝胶联合CO2激光治疗女性尖锐湿疣,可提高治愈率、降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。
