OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy between bifidobacterium and colloidal bismuth pectin combined with standard three-drug therapy in respectively treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection. METHODS: 68 patients with Hp infection admitted into the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College from Jun. 2017 to Jul. 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given bifidobacterium combined with standard three-drug therapy, while the observation group was given colloidal bismuth pectin combined with standard three-drug therapy. Differences in clinical symptom scores and Hp clearance between two groups were compared. RESULTS: After treatment, the clinical symptom scores of both groups were significantly decreased, and that of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05); after treatment, the clearance rate of Hp of observation group was 97.06％ (33/34), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (67.65％, 23/34), with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The combination of colloidal bismuth pectin and standard three-drug therapy in treatment of Hp infection can improve the clearance rate of Hp, relieve clinical symptoms of abdominal distension and stomachache.%目的:比较双歧杆菌与胶体果胶铋分别联合标准三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效.方法:选取2017年6月至2018年7月牡丹江医学院第二附属医院收治的幽门螺杆菌感染患者68例, 以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组, 每组34例.对照组患者给予双歧杆菌联合标准三联疗法治疗, 观察组患者给予胶体果胶铋联合标准三联疗法治疗.比较两组患者临床症状评分、幽门螺杆菌清除情况的差异.结果:治疗后, 两组患者临床症状评分均较治疗前明显降低, 且观察组患者明显低于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义 (P＜0.05);治疗后, 观察组患者的幽门螺杆菌清除率为97.06％ (33/34), 明显高于对照组的67.65％ (23/34), 差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05).结论:胶体果胶铋联合标准三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染, 可提高幽门螺杆菌清除率, 缓解患者腹胀与腹痛等临床症状.
