聚合物微胶囊制备技术在实验教学中的应用

         

摘要

以吡虫啉为模型药物,聚碳酸亚丙酯为囊材,采用溶剂挥发法制备了聚合物微胶囊,同时对影响因素进行了优化,并利用扫描电子显微镜对其微观形貌进行了分析.以新材料、新技术、现在分析手段为特色,综合了前沿聚合物微胶囊制备技术和现代测试手段,简要阐述了实验的教学模式,有利于提高学生的创新意识、探索精神、逻辑思维能力.%By taking imidacloprid as the model drug and poly propylene carbonate as capsule material, the polymeric microsphere is prepared by using the solvent evaporation method.Meanwhile, the factors affecting polymeric microcapsule are optimized and the micro morphology is analyzed with a scanning electron microscope.With the new material, new technology, and current analytical methods as the main characteristics, it integrates the frontier preparation technology of polymeric microcapsule and modern testing methods, and the experimental teaching mode is briefly elaborated, and it is beneficial to improve students' innovative consciousness, exploration spirit and logical thinking ability.
