The instrument and equipment archives information resources management is indispensable important link in the college assets management work .And it is the important basic guarantee for the equipment sharing , function development and upgrading reconstruction .Promoting the construction and management of equipment archives information sharing platform is beneficial for teaching and scientific research work .Combining the actual situation of Shandong University ,the large‐scale instruments and equipment status is analyzed ,the archives characteristics ,the platform construction goal and efficiency are elaborated on .Then several measures for strengthening the archives information management are proposed ,aiming at promoting the development , and the opening and sharing work of the instruments and equipment archives information resources in colleges and universities .%仪器设备档案信息资源管理是高校资产管理工作中不可或缺的重要环节，是仪器设备共享使用、功能开发和升级改造的重要基础性保障。推进高校设备档案信息资源共享平台建设和管理，可为高校教学、科研工作的顺利开展提供有利条件。结合山东大学实际情况，分析了仪器设备现状，阐述了仪器设备档案特征、共享平台建设目标及建设效益，并提出了加强仪器设备档案信息资源管理的几点措施，旨在进一步推进高校仪器设备档案信息资源的开发利用和开放共享工作。
