高校教育基金会筹集的社会捐款成为高校重要的资金来源之一。虽然我国高校教育基金会现在面临着许多问题和困难，但也出现了前所未有的发展机遇。该文提出依托网络信息技术，整合各部门分散掌握的资源，形成资源共享的的网状管理模式，构建高校教育基金会信息化管理平台，实现数据共享，促进高校教育基金会的发展。%The social endowment raised by the education foundations of colleges and universities has become an important source of the funds . Faced with many problems and difficulties , the education foundations of colleges and universities in China have got an unprecedented opportunity for their development .This paper expounds on the construction of a management platform of education foundations of colleges and universities . It proposes the integration of decentralized sources of all the departments to form a management mode of resource sharing network based on network information technology .As more and more digital campuses are being built ,this platform is helpful for the departments of the colleges and universities to share data ,thus to promote the construction of an open information system as well as the development of college education foundations of colleges and universities .
