物力资源在高校办学乃至社会发展的过程中起到重要作用。针对高校发展中存在的物力资源总体缺口分布不均和浪费问题，探索高校物力资源保障体系的工作机制，建立公有房配置的绩效指标体系和科研仪器设备绩效考核指标体系，形成一套符合校情、促进高校发展的资源配置管理体系，以提高高校资源利用率，充分发挥资源的整体效益。%Material resources play an important role in the process of colleges as well as social development . Aiming at distributed unevenly and waste problems of overall gap in universities'development ,the building mechanism of material resources security system in colleges and universities is explored . The performance measurement system of public housing configuration and the research equipment performance appraisal index system are established to form a set of the resources configuration management system , which matches domestic education situation and helps develop for colleges and universities ,to improve the utilization ratio of resources and give full play to the overall effectiveness of resources in colleges and universities .
