分析了高校实验室开放的重要性和必要性,针对实验室开放过程中存在的成本大量增加、教师工作量大幅度增加、高水平的教师少、学生进实验室的积极性不高等各种问题,通过设立实验室开放专项基金、制定实验教学激励机制、加强实验人员队伍建设、设置学分等相应的对策,取得了较好的效果.%The importance and necessity of opening laboratory are analyzed in colleges and universities.According to some existing problems in the opening laboratory process, including funds increased greatly, teachers' workload increased greatly, high level teacher less, and students' enthusiasm in the laboratory not high.Some solving strategies are put forward, including establishing special funds of opening laboratory, instituting incentive mechanism of experiment teaching, enhancing the team construction of the experimental personnel, setting corresponding credit.Good effect is obtained.
