为提高高校实验室资产管理中设备采购登记、设备的借出、设备的维修和报废等方面的工作效率,提出了基于B/S结构开发实验室固定资产管理系统的整个过程,利用ASP技术,建立基于Microsoft SQL Server 2005数据库平台的web数据库系统.系统主要由设备管理模块、查询模块、用户信息管理模块、供货商信息管理模块、课室信息管理模块等组成.通过该系统的开发与应用,提高了实验室设备管理的效率和可靠性.%This article is to aim at a lot of problems of the university assets management methods, for example, the register of the equipment purchased, the lending, repairing and discarding of the equipment. These are finished by hand in the way of traditions, so it leads to the low efficiency. To solve the problem, this article brings up the way of improvement and the realization, that is to say, the whole process is based on B/S structure to develop the fixed assets management system.. Using ASP technology, a Web database system is built by Microsoft SQL Server 2005. The system consists of the equipment management module, query module, user information management module, supplier information management module, laboratory information management module, etc. The system has already been put in development and application, which can improve the efficiency and reliability of the equipment management of laboratory. At the same time, the system can extend to the asset management of the enterprise.
