总结北京科技大学在分析检验服务平台建设过程中,以机制创新为切入点,通过整合内部资源、合理规划检测体系、加强资质建设,提升了平台的服务水平,开拓新的服务领域,提高了学校科技资源对社会的开放度,初步摸索出了较科学的发展模式和管理机制,为今后高校科研仪器资源开放共享、走科技资源社会化的道路提供某些肩示.%This article deliberately summarizes the valuable experience of building the laboratories’ analyzing and testing, and serving platform of University of Science & Technology Beijing (USTB). USTB made wellconsidered plan of the testing system, enhanced the qualification building, promoted the platform's service level and discovered the new service field by integrating the inner resource, which made the mechanism innovation as the breakthrough point. Through this process, the level of openness of the technology resource of colleges and universities to the society is improved. In the meantime, the quite mature developmental pattern and management mechanism of the platform were explored, which inspired us on the openness, sharing and socialization of the scientific research instruments and the technology resource of colleges and universities.
