开关磁阻电机振动分析

         

摘要

开关磁阻电机的电磁噪声来源于电磁振动,通过改变电机定转子结构,从而改变定转子气隙磁密,减小气隙中的径向磁密,同时减小径向电磁力与转矩脉动,达到抑制电磁振动的目的,减小了开关磁阻电机振动,并通过傅里叶分解径向磁密观察径向磁密谐波含量,分析定子振动。通过Ansoft求得电磁力密度加载到Ansys Workbench瞬态结构中定子上,观察定子结构应力变化。得到了新定子、转子结构能有效的改善电机的振动情况。%The electromagnetic noise of switched reluctance motor ( SRM) is caused by e-lectromagnetic vibration. Through changing the structures of stator and rotor and then changing air-gap flux density of them, radial air-gap flux density is reduced, at the same time radial elec-tromagnetic force and torque ripple are reduced. The purpose of suppressing electromagnetic vi-bration is achieved, so the vibration of SRM is reduced. The radial flux density is decomposed by Fourier transformation to observe harmonic content of it and analyze stator vibration. Finally, the electromagnetic force density solved by Ansoft is loaded into Ansys workbench transient structure of stator to observe stress variation of stator structure. It is found that the vibration of SRM is effectively improved by using new stator and rotor structures.
