胀管结构隔爆电动机机座焊接制造工艺

         

摘要

This paper introduces steel plate blanking, assembling, welding, painting and pipe expansion technologies of stator frame and puts forward the requirements of flame-proof mo-tor stator frame with expansion pipe structure such as compact structure, accurate assembly con-centricity, good painting and high hydraulic pressure. The main assembly steps are internal plate assembling and welding, outer cover plate assembling and welding, foot plate assembling and welding, pipe expansion, painting and hydraulic pressure test. Assembling and welding of internal plate are the key factors of manufacturing stator frame. The vertical assembly method combined with auxiliary tooling is adopted to ensure concentricity of each component. Inner and outer surfaces of ventilation pipe are painted two times before and after expansion to ensure reli-able anticorrosive effect.%介绍了机座的钢板下料、装配、焊接、涂漆、胀管工艺,并阐述装配工装、水压试验工装的结构。提出了胀管结构隔爆电动机的机座要求结构紧凑,对装配同轴度、涂漆、水压要求较高,其主要装配流程是装焊内对,装焊外罩板、底脚,胀管涂漆,最后打水压。内对装焊是机座制造的关键,采用立式装配方式并辅助工装保证各部件同轴度,通风管胀接前后内外管壁分两次涂漆,保证可靠的防锈效果。
