This paper introduced an open and unpowered cooler, and studied the influence of heat transfer areas, heat transmit coefficient, the temperature and flow of cooling water on the cooling efficiency and latex matrix. 6 ~ 10s' stay in the cooling medium could cool the matrix from 95℃ to below 55℃.
