溶剂对B/BaCrO4延期药热反应过程的影响

         

摘要

Silicon oil was used as adhesive to make B/BaCrO4 delay composition. Ethanol and benzene were selected as solvent. The TG-DSC-MS-FTIR was used to investigate the effect of solvent on the thermal reaction of B/BaCrO4 delay composition. The activation energy was calculated by Ozawa method to study the reaction mechanism. The results showed that there were three steps in the thermal reaction of B/BaCrO4 delay composition using ethanol or benzene as solvent. The first step was the solvent volatilization at about 100℃. The second step was the thermal decomposition of silicon oil at about 320℃. And the last step was the reaction between B and BaCrO4 at 770℃. Under the effect of ethanol, the activation energy of delay composition was lower than that with benzene and the reaction was more easily. All data indicated that ethanol was more suitable to be used as solvent in B/BaCrO4 delay composition.%文章选用甲基硅油作粘合剂,分别用乙醇和苯作溶剂制作B/BaCrO4延期药,采用同步热分析技术与质谱、红外联用的方法研究了溶剂乙醇和溶剂苯对B/BaCrO4延期药热分解过程的影响,并通过活化能的计算研究溶剂对反应机理的影响.结果表明:用乙醇或苯作溶剂的B/BaCrO4延期药(粘合剂为甲基硅油)热反应均是三步进行,第一步是延期药中溶剂的挥发,100℃左右完成;第二步是粘合剂甲基硅油的热分解,在320C附近;最后才是B和BaCrO4相互之间的反应,在770C处;溶剂乙醇使B/BaCrO4延期药反应活化能降低,使反应更容易进行,因而溶剂乙醇更适合B/BaCrO4延期药.
