考虑任务的多设备串联系统预防性维修决策优化

         

摘要

针对多设备串联系统因分别对单一设备进行预防性维修而造成停机次数较多的情况,提出了考虑任务的多设备串联系统预防性维修决策优化方法,以期将使预防性维修的优化结果更贴近实际。首先,对考虑任务的多设备串联系统预防性维修进行了问题描述,然后,进行了建模假设,并以降低系统整机维修费用为目标,以成组维修和机会维修为维修策略调整的基本依据,以预防性维修费用和修复性维修费用的变化为变量,建立了考虑任务的多设备串联系统预防性维修决策优化模型。最后,以某型多设备系统为例,进行了算例验证。%The downtime frequency is too high in the current multi-unit series system in maintenance practice because the preventive maintenance is conducted separately on the single unit. In this paper, preventive maintenance decision optimization method of multi-unit series system considering tasks is put forward,which will decrease the distance between the theory of the preventive maintenance decision optimization and the practice. Firstly,the current problems of preventive maintenance decision of multi-unit series system considering tasks are identified. Secondly,the hypotheses of contributing model are put forward. In the model,the target is to cut down the maintenance expense of the whole system,the fundamental maintenance strategies adjustment include group maintenance and opportunistic maintenance, the variables are the change of preventive maintenance and that of corrective maintenance,and preventive maintenance decision optimization model of multi-unit series system considering tasks is constructed. Finally,the model is illustrated with a multi-unit series system.
