Concept alternatives evaluation is a key work in warship combat system development process, and the combat capability evaluation is the core of it. Three typical kinds of combat system concept alternatives are compared, and an evaluation method framework for warship combat system based on simulation is found. The standardization descriptions of combat scenario based on XML and concept alternatives materialization modeling approach are designed. Then the dynamic efficiency evaluation process of combat system is described and the optimization of concept alternatives is discussed.
